August 2003 Lawsuit Dismissed - Production Components-Cloeren Inc. drops charges and ends lawsuit against Premier Dies Corporation

A lawsuit initiated in March 2001 by Production Components-Cloeren Inc. against six former employees and the competing company they formed, Premier Dies Corporation, has been dismissed.  According to Steven Jonjak, President of Premier Dies Corporation, it is his opinion the lawsuit was initiated in an attempt to stifle competition. Premier Dies has maintained throughout the proceedings that there was no basis for the lawsuit. Company owners are grateful the legal system worked as intended to protect the rights of individuals.

February 2005 Premier Dies Corporation expands and relocates

Continued double digit annual growth in volume and sales resulted in a shortage of manufacturing and office space at the company's leased location at 3132 Louis Ave. in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  The solution to the space problem was found in 2004 with the purchase of a partially completed spec building and land in the Riverside Industrial Park in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.  The new 45,000 square foot state of the art facility was made ready and the company relocated to 2700 Olson Drive in Chippewa Falls in February 2005.
